More Microbes, More Trials: Pivot Bio Canada’s 2023 Plans

Another growing season is almost upon us, and at Pivot Bio, we’re gearing up for our second year of product trials in the Canadian market. 

Our trials last year using just one of Pivot Bio’s proprietary microbe strains showed efficacy in canola, wheat, and corn and we’re excited to see what 2023 will bring. 

We are planning more trials this year with additional strains of Pivot Bio microbes, continuing our program on wheat and canola, as well as corn. 

Our goal is to build on our learnings from last year and find the right combination of microbes that will give Canadian farmers the best performance results we know are possible based on customer experiences with Pivot Bio products in the United States. 

This is exciting technology, and we’re just at the beginning of what Pivot Bio’s scalable, proprietary platform of nitrogen-fixing microbes can do for Canadian crops.

These trials are part of a long-term commitment to help farmers replace synthetic nitrogen with a better nitrogen that is economically and environmentally sustainable.
